Chris P Austin.
Chris P Austin is a public speaker and entrepreneur. The primary focuses of his influence are business, relationships, & sports. What brings him together with clients is the relatability to each individual’s situation and the experiences he or she has gone through. What sets him apart from other speakers, coaches, and influencers is his ability to cut through to the granular details that push people to Become Their Best in an efficient amount of time.
Chris P Austin was born in Texas and raised in Nevada. He was never the top athlete or musician or academic, yet he pursued improvement in all three. After working his way through high school and being cut from the men’s volleyball tryout at the University of Hawaii in his freshmen season, he packed up and moved to California to attend Long Beach City College to play indoor for a year and half and earn a Business Degree. Chris then transferred onto UC Irvine, unrecruited and without much high level experience. After many details of a story that would be worth you hearing, Chris achieved back-to-back NCAA Division I Championships as a starter, as well as earning a second degree in Public Health.
Post college Chris P Austin has gone onto write his first book “The Way: GRV”, as well as his second book “Become Your Best”, begin three of his own national businesses, play over a decade of professional volleyball, launch his public speaking career, and run the CPA Facility.

Partnership.
Championship Performance Advantage began as an idea in 2017 when it become clear that there was a need for higher level understanding of mentality, sports, & performance. The idea became a real location in March of 2020 when Chris P Austin, Lynn Flanagan, & Wendy “JJ” Jones dove in on a building with a great Southern California location directly off the freeway that was just the right size for everything that they had in mind. After placing their own touch on it and inviting in an amazing staff of talented and hard-working humans, the Championship Performance Advantage facility grand opened on June 27th, 2020.
